What You’ll Do
- Inspect homes and buildings to uncover hidden entry points—cracks, gaps, settling, misaligned trim, utility penetrations, and more
- Plan & execute tailored exclusion solutions using framing, metal flashing, sealants, and specialty materials
- Perform precision tradeswork—repairing and rebuilding siding, decking, trim, foundations, roofing details, and other components with a focus on durability and clean finishes
- Navigate challenging spaces: crawlspaces, attics, basements, roofs, porches, and chimneys
- Collaborate with project leads to document findings, estimate materials, and uphold our “once-and-done” standard
Who You Are
- A versatile tradesperson (roofer, carpenter, handyman, inspector, builder, or similar) with 3+ years of hands-on experience
- Comfortable with hand and power tools, and able to read basic blueprints or schematics
- A natural troubleshooter who thinks in 3D and never cuts corners
- Physically fit and unfazed by heights, tight quarters, or lifting heavy materials
- Ready to apply your trade skills to a growing, mission-driven company
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in general carpentry, roofing, or building repairs
- Strong understanding of construction practices and detail work
- Ability to diagnose structural flaws (settling, gaps, transitions) and devise practical fixes
- Experience with heavy lifting and physical labour
- Bonus: prior exposure to exclusion techniques (wire mesh, specialty sealants)

Schedule & Location
- Full-time, in-person
- Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts; occasional weekends/overtime as needed
- Start times typically between 7 AM–9 AM
