Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager and Content Creator to elevate our realtor company and driving school presence across digital platforms. This role involves developing engaging content, managing social media channels, and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce, SEO, and analytics tools, with proficiency in graphic design and social media management applications. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to enhance brand visibility.
- Create high-quality, engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design tools.
- Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve organic reach.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to promote products through targeted campaigns and advertising efforts such as Facebook Advertising.
- Track website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media algorithms, and industry best practices to continuously improve content quality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing roles.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and Google Analytics for data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with Facebook Advertising campaigns is a plus.
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies to drive online sales.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all content outputs.
