Harvest Pro Renos is looking for someone with construction experience who is interested in growing into a project management / job coordination role.
This position is a good fit for someone who has worked hands-on in construction or renovations, has experience across multiple trades, and wants to learn how to manage projects, coordinate workers, communicate with clients, and keep jobs organized.
The right person does not need to already be a full project manager. We are willing to train the right candidate through an intern-style trial period. During this time, you will shadow our current project manager, learn our systems, help with jobsite coordination. You will also support projects in management tasks and hands-on labor--when needed.
This role will include basic project coordination, jobsite support, scheduling help, material deliveries, communication with trades, checking progress, helping keep jobs moving, and assisting with labor.
We are looking for someone dependable, practical, teachable, and willing to grow with the company.
Responsibilities may include:
- Shadowing the current project manager
- Helping coordinate renovation jobs
- Supporting trades and workers on site
- Assisting with labour when needed
- Helping with material pickups and deliveries
- Taking jobsite notes and photos
- Helping track project progress
- Communicating basic updates to the project manager
- Helping keep jobs organized and moving
- Learning how to manage schedules, trades, clients, and job details
- Supporting quality control and site cleanliness
The ideal candidate has:
- Construction or renovation experience
- Experience across multiple trades

- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation required
This position is best for someone who wants more than just labor work, but is still willing to work hands-on while learning the management side of renovations.
Pay: From $35.00 per hour
