What You’ll Do
- Install and maintain sheet metal systems…from HRVs to rooftops to commercial fitups (mostly new home + multi-unit res…but constantly evolving).
- Run your jobs independently while keeping projects on track.
- Mentor apprentices (we invest in the up and comers who show promise).
- Work safe, do it right, no shortcuts.
What We’re Looking For
- Journeyman sheet metal mechanic (or equivalent trade experience).
- Valid driver’s license + clean record.
- Solid problem-solver who can think on their feet.
- Team player who takes pride in their work (and doesn’t mind showing an apprentice the ropes).
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8-hour days. (or however much more you want…)
- Weekends? Only if we absolutely have to.
