The UPS Store is looking for a Permanent Full Time and Part time Customer Service
Representatives/ Store Associates for their new store location in Windermere.

Position Summary:
-To provide accurate information and assistance to customers requiring direct customer interface.
-To perform administrative duties necessary for efficient operations including promptly answering the phone, greet customers, fulfill customer orders, packaging, printing, click and print passport photos, manage cash register etc.
-Promote continued sales within the store environment and generate potential incremental revenue wherever possible.
-Accurately enter data into computerized system.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- High school diploma/equivalent. College diploma preferred
- Knowledge of Canadian Customs regulations is preferred
- Knowledge of working in a shipping & packaging company and their products and services preferred
- Must be able to complete and achieve minimum thresholds on any mandatory testing and training
- Must be able to operate in a PC windows environment
Store Operating Hours: Monday to Friday 11 am to 7pm and Saturdays and Sundays 10 am to 5 pm . Must also have flexibility to work full/ part time to cover vacation/sick calls and work Saturdays/ Sundays if needed.
