St. Germain Bakery is opening our newest location at Willowbrook Shopping Centre, and we are looking for passionate, reliable, and experienced Bakers to join our opening team.
For over 40 years, St. Germain Bakery has been committed to producing premium artisan breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts. With 18 locations across Canada, we continue to grow while maintaining our reputation for quality, craftsmanship, and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake artisan breads and bakery products according to company recipes and quality standards
- Mix ingredients, operate bakery equipment, and monitor baking processes
- Ensure products are baked consistently with excellent quality and presentation
- Maintain product freshness and production schedules
- Monitor inventory and assist with stock rotation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
- Assist with drink preparation, pastry production, or front-of-house support when required
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Previous commercial bakery or food production experience preferred
- Passion for baking and producing high-quality products
- Positive attitude, dependable, and team-oriented
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift bakery ingredients as required
