HALINÁ brings the heart and soul of Filipino cuisine to Vancouver, and we need a hardworking, team-oriented Dishwasher/ Kitchen Helper to keep our kitchen running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain the dishwashing station, including sinks, dish machine, and cleaning supplies
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout the shift
- Keep the dish area clean, organized, and safe
- Remove garbage, recycling, and food waste as needed
- Support kitchen operations by ensuring clean tools and equipment are always available
- Assist with general cleaning duties, including floors, surfaces, and kitchen work areas
- Provide light food prep support when trained and authorized
- Help maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment at all times
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting and follow instructions
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
