Duties
- Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
- Inspect tires for damage, wear, and proper pressure; recommend replacements or repairs as needed
- Lift heavy tires safely during installation or replacement to prevent injury and ensure quality work
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times
Requirements
- Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is preferred but not required.
- Mechanical knowledge with familiarity in using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment is an asset
- Experience working in a shop environment is a benefit
- Display customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly while maintaining proper safety procedures
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and repairs related to tires and wheels
- Valid driver’s license; willingness to learn new skills and grow within the automotive industry is not required but would be beneficial

Pay: $18.25-$22.00 per hour
