Inside Sales Representative (Remote)

Our tools are trusted by serious professionals across a wide range of trades.
We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative with at least 1 year of inside sales experience to join our growing remote team.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $50,000 CAD
- Commission: 2% on all sales
- On-Target Earnings: $70,000–$90,000 CAD annually (base + commission)
- No medical or health benefits provided
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume sales environment, enjoys building relationships, and is comfortable working independently. A significant portion of this role involves cold calling and developing strong partnerships with one of our largest industrial supply distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume cold calling to generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our largest industrial supply distributor
- Identify and engage prospective customers through calls, emails, and virtual meetings
- Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified leads
- Present products/services effectively and close sales
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Accurately track activities and opportunities in the CRM system
Qualifications:
- Must be a Canadian citizen (required)
- Proven experience in inside sales, cold calling, or a similar role
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in a high-volume outbound sales environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Experience working with distributors or in industrial supply is an asset
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience, ideally in a B2B or outbound sales environment
- Comfortable and confident with cold calling and handling objections
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Self-motivated and able to stay focused while working remotely during standard business hours
