How will you make an impact in this role?
Responsible for marketing strategy to effectively onboard, engage and entrench new customers in their first year of Card Membership
- Lead and execute multi-channel, end-to-end campaigns with a focus on digital and dialogue marketing
- Oversee all onboarding elements such as welcome kits, activation, card carrier and welcome hub.
- Partner with stakeholders to expand capabilities such as ICN (Instant Card Number) and leverage best practices to implement in market
- Analyze, interpret, and report on results. Develop meaningful insights to influence future business decisions
- Manage key relationships with stakeholders, internal business partners and external vendors
Minimum Qualifications
- University degree in marketing, business administration, or similar careers

Minimum 2 years’ experience in execution of digital marketing strategies and digital campaign management with a focus in email marketing

Superior communication and influencing skills - This includes writing and reviewing creative copy, presenting to peers and senior management and working with multiple stakeholders

Superior attention to detail – Reviewing copy for accuracy and ensuring processes are properly followed
- Proven project management skills – Ability to stay organized and move multiple priorities
