Sales Representative
We are seeking a driven, enthusiastic, and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team at Auro AI. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with prospective clients, presenting our AI-powered solutions, and helping businesses discover how automation can improve their operations and profitability.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for technology, sales, and customer success. You will identify new business opportunities, conduct product demonstrations, manage client relationships, and contribute to overall revenue growth. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver exceptional customer service is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify new leads through networking, outreach, and referrals.
- Present and demonstrate Auro AI's products and services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored AI and automation solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to company growth.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, or account management is an asset.
- Experience with technology, software, SaaS, or technical sales is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a customer-focused mindset.
- Multilingual abilities are considered a strong asset and will help us serve a diverse client base.
