About the Role
We are looking for dependable and hardworking team members to join our commercial exterior construction division. Successful candidates will assist with the installation of architectural wall systems and building envelope components on commercial, industrial, and institutional projects throughout the Edmonton area.
This position offers an opportunity to work with a variety of modern façade products while developing specialized skills in exterior construction.

Primary Duties
- Review project drawings, installation guides, and site instructions
- Prepare wall surfaces and layouts for installation activities
- Install air barriers, weather-resistant membranes, and insulation systems
- Measure, fabricate, and install support framing, rails, and attachment systems
- Install a range of exterior façade materials, including:
- Metal composite panels
- Fibre cement products
- Architectural wall panels
- Insulated panel systems
- Corrugated and standing-seam metal cladding
- Engineered wood siding products
- Perform repairs, modifications, and adjustments to completed installations
- Assist with material handling, site logistics, and equipment setup
- Work collaboratively with site supervisors and other construction trades
- Maintain housekeeping and site safety standards
What We're Looking For
- Construction experience is beneficial but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in a construction environment
- Capable of lifting and carrying materials up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working from elevated work platforms and at heights
- Strong work ethic with dependable attendance
- Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
- Effective communication skills in English
- CSA-approved safety boots required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are considered assets
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience with commercial building envelope, cladding, siding, or metal panel installation
- Familiarity with construction drawings and measuring tools
- Experience operating common construction equipment is an asset
- Commitment to learning new installation methods and systems through on-site training
Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skill level.
Work Environment
- · Workdays are Monday to Fridays, starting at 7 am, for 9 hours minimum
- 1 hour lunch break (0.5 hour of which is paid)
- Active construction sites with exposure to noise, dust, and changing site conditions
- Projects located throughout the Edmonton metropolitan area
Pay: $22.00-$36.00 per hour
