KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Addressing customer and sales representative calls and inquiries – PHONE AND EMAILS
Order processing
Credit & Debit processing
Complaint handling & resolution
Documenting interactions in Salesforce
Identify areas and processes requiring improvements and make recommendations for improvements Form partnerships with internal & external customers
Other duties and projects as assigned
EXPERIENCE:
Customer Service experience -
1 year Fluently bilingual in English and French (oral & written) a must
Strong communication and organization skills Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment in while maintaining a high level of accuracy and productivity
Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word) with SAP experience a definite asset
