Matra is a commercial general contractor and construction management firm, specializing in interior tenant improvements and working in occupied spaces. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to project managers to the total performance of each project in conformance with corporate processes and procedures.
The position involves the following:
- Prepare and execute project related contracts including subcontracts, material purchase orders and bonding/insurance requirements
- Prepare project documentation including client submittals, site document sets and RFIs
- File (mainly electronically) all project related documentation
- Prepare monthly invoicing and required backup as per client AR procedures
- Collect and prepare all project close-out documentation (municipal, O&Ms and financial close-out)
- Attend site meetings remotely and in-person (as necessary)
- Support project stakeholders with administrative project needs
Applicants should have 3+ years of relevant project administrative experience in construction project coordination.
