Pinnacle International owns and operates hotels and restaurants throughout greater Vancouver including Tutto Italian Restaurant and Bar in Yaletown.
We are now seeking an experienced, highly motivated General Manager to successfully lead and expand our restaurant chain. This role manages all aspects of the restaurant including driving revenue, service standards, food and drink quality, marketing, expenses, hiring and training.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of proven senior leadership experience in established restaurants.
- Strong knowledge of the current Vancouver restaurant landscape.
- Well versed in Italian cuisine and wines.
- Flexible schedule including evening and weekends.
Salary starting at $120,000/yr plus tips and a percentage of restaurant gross revenue incentive. Compensation is based on relevant experience.
