Advisor Assistant:
Seeking an organized and motivated individual, with the ability to problem solve, research, and react in a professional manner to serve as the key support person for a busy financial advisor.

- Follow up with clients and on going form requirements
- Handle on going client requests
- Following compliance protocols standards set by the office and Advisor
- Comfortable communicating with clients by phone, email, mail and in person
- Ability to seek out sales opportunities with existing clientele and follow up with new leads
- Filing skills and ability to prepare documents for client meeting
- Social media savvy with ability to post to multiple platforms
- Experience with Sales Force an asset
- Mutual Fund and LLQP license an asset
- Willing to get licensed preferred.
Looking for a self-starter who can handle a fast-paced environment and is comfortable taking the lead in solving client issues and requests. As well as a problem solver for the advisor to help with client requests.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
