Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Insurance Marketer to join our dynamic brokerage team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones within the commercial insurance sector. You will collaborate closely with underwriters and account managers to deliver tailored insurance solutions that meet client needs. Your efforts will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand visibility and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our commercial insurance offerings.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and client needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, agents, and industry partners.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and client service.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and enhance effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial insurance or related fields.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Proficient in using marketing tools and software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with digital marketing strategies and social media platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
