Job Summary
QANTA Group is hiring a motivated and professional Bilingual Recruiter who is fluent in Spanish and English to join our team in the Greater Toronto Area.
The ideal candidate will support recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and communicating with qualified candidates for various positions. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting both English- and Spanish-speaking applicants.
Responsibilities
Recruit and screen candidates for open positions
Conduct phone and in-person interviews in English and Spanish
Post job ads on Indeed and other job platforms
Review resumes and applications
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding steps
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
Support hiring managers with recruitment updates
Keep candidate records accurate and organized
Represent QANTA Group professionally at all times
Requirements
Fluent in Spanish and English
Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, or customer service experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable speaking with candidates by phone, email, and text
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using Indeed or other job boards
Experience in staffing, warehouse, logistics, construction, or general labour recruitment
Knowledge of Ontario employment standards is an asset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule
Monday to Friday
Full-time hours
Occasional weekends may be required based on hiring needs
Compensation
$40,000–$45,000 per year, based on experience.
