Dynasty Auto Selection Inc. is seeking an experienced Licensed 310S Automotive Service Technician / Master Mechanic to join our team in North York.
The ideal candidate is a skilled and dependable technician who can independently diagnose and repair vehicles, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is comfortable working on a wide range of makes and models.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical and drivability concerns
- Perform general mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance
- Repair brakes, suspension, steering, cooling systems, exhaust systems, engines and transmissions
- Perform electrical and check-engine-light diagnostics
- Inspect vehicles and accurately identify required repairs
- Perform Ontario DriveON passenger and light-duty vehicle safety inspections
- Accurately complete DriveON inspection records and required documentation
- Road-test vehicles and verify completed repairs
- Use scan tools, diagnostic equipment and shop tools safely and effectively
- Complete work orders and document repairs accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and quality standards
Requirements
- Valid and active Ontario 310S Automotive Service Technician Certificate of Qualification
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of automotive repair experience
- Senior or master-level mechanic experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence
- Own tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Current DriveON technician registration preferred
- Must be eligible and willing to register with DriveON and complete all mandatory training
