About this position
As a Technical Product Manager at Vitruvi, you will be responsible for driving the development and success of a segment of the Vitruvi platform. Leveraging your technical expertise and product management skills, you will work closely with a cross-functional team to define the product priorities, gather customer insights, and lead the end-to-end delivery of innovative improvements and new capabilities.
Your role will require a blend of technical acumen, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication to ensure alignment between engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams. By effectively understanding customer needs, managing development processes, and analyzing product metrics, you will guide the evolution of the Vitruvi platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering teams, to define and execute the product priorities

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer pain points, market trends, and opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.
- Translate customer requirements into clear product specifications and user stories, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Lead the product development process, working closely with the rest of the team to define and prioritize features that best meet the team objectives, manage sprints, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases.
- Utilize your technical expertise to bridge the gap between engineering and non-technical stakeholders, effectively developing and communicating technical concepts and trade-offs.
- Monitor and analyze key product metrics, customer feedback, and usage data to continuously improve product performance and user experience.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, for effective product positioning, training, and support.
- Collaborate with customers and conduct user interviews to gather insights, validate hypotheses, and incorporate feedback into product development cycles.
- A problem solver who can quickly unpack problems and define effective, innovative solutions.
- A Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience (5+ years) as a Technical Product Manager or similar role within a B2B SaaS product, preferably in the construction tech domain, is a plus.
- Strong technical background and familiarity with software development methodologies, cloud-based applications, and related technologies.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset and the capacity to make informed decisions based on metrics and user feedback.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders and the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, adapting to evolving priorities and managing ambiguity.
