**Maintenance Lead Hand**
**Duties:**
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing equipment, or systems and grounds keeping.
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Maintain and repair logic controllers and other automated systems.
- Supervise and coordinate outside contractors for specialized repairs or projects.
- Fabricate components as needed.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions.
- Proficiency in electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with leadership or supervisory roles is a plus.
- Experience with computers and Microsoft programs.
- Ability to lead and manage a crew.
- Knowledge in carpentry, electrical, plumbing and grounds keeping.
- Able to run skid steer and manlift.
- Must be able to learn quickly.
- Team leader experience and knowledge.
**Skills:**
- Ability to maintain and repair automated systems.
- Skid Steer/Manlift Experience.
- Carpentry, Electrical and mechanical knowledge an asset.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically and analytically.
- Proficient in conducting preventive maintenance on various equipment.
- Knowledge of fabricating components.
- Clean drivers abstract and ability to drive a manual.
- Team player and public relation skills.
- Willing to learn.
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
