Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team. The Nail Technician will be responsible for performing various nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and body waxing, while also engaging in retail sales and upselling products to enhance the client experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Ensure all tools and workstations are sanitized and maintained according to health and safety regulations.
- Deliver excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Engage in retail sales by recommending and upselling products that complement the services provided.
- Provide gel and acrylic nail extensions
- Make custom designs for clients
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a positive atmosphere for clients.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements
- Valid Nail Technician license or certification or relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation practices, and health regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in retail sales is preferred, with a focus on upselling products.
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for the beauty industry.
