Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and be capable of performing a variety of tasks in the construction and maintenance sectors. This role requires hands-on experience with heavy equipment and a willingness to work in diverse environments, including oil and gas operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate equipment safely including skid steer, backhoe, mini excavator safely and efficiently.
- Assist in environmental drilling projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment, demonstrating mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly.
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to promote a safe working environment.
Experience
- Proven experience in general oilfield work.
- Familiarity with off road driving.
- Previous experience in the oil and gas industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic repairs on equipment is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in various weather conditions.
