This role is vital in providing excellent guest services and ensuring smooth parking operations at our facility and monitoring the parking lot. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive and depart from the parking area
- Direct vehicles to available parking spots efficiently and safely
- Assist guests with parking-related inquiries and provide directions if needed
- Ensure safety protocols are followed to prevent accidents or hazards
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate parking flow and address issues promptly
