What you'll be doing:
- Assist with day-to-day production: embroidery prep and packaging, heat pressing, vinyl work, and quality checks.
- Learn equipment, processes, and design basics — no experience required, we train
- Keep the shop organized, clean, and running smoothly
- Work with a team that values communication, initiative, and likes to have fun
What we are looking for:
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail is a must
- Ability to stand for most of the shift and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable interacting with customers
- Experience in retail, production, or design is a bonus but not required
- Good communication skills.
