As a Receptionist at Nechako Ridge Denturist Corp., you will be the friendly face that welcomes patients, keeps schedules running smoothly, and ensures the clinic operates seamlessly. Duties
- Greet and assist patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, minimizing conflicts and optimizing efficiency
- Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
- Manage patient records, billing, and documentation in compliance with clinic policies
- Maintain inventory, order supplies, and ensure the clinic remains clean and well-stocked
- Assist the denturist and clinical staff with administrative and operational needs
- Assist with intake forms and photographs
- Address scheduling challenges, patient concerns, and workflow improvements proactively

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency and experience with dental management software is preferred but not required; DomX scheduling software is our office software
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- A friendly and professional attitude with a passion for providing exceptional patient care.
