Job description
College Recruitment Officers are responsible for recruiting and enrolling students for various Vocational programs and Non-Vocational courses. As a recruitment officer for CLI College, you are expected to proactively and professionally use variety of resources to create Leads, engage with leads, and help them achieve their educational and career goals.
Must meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance targets as set by the Supervisor. There is opportunity to earn very high uncapped monthly commissions through superior monthly performance.
Education
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma
Job Requirements
- 1+ years’ work experience in a college or university
- Alternatively 2+ years of proven sales experience working with lead conversion and recruitment.
- Proven track record in sales, meeting targets, and demonstrating relationship building through follow up and networking
- Ability to work independently to meet sales and enrolment quotas and as part of a college team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Gmail and Google Account
- Knowledge of working on CRM
- Knowledge Second Career Application, OSAP and other funding options would be an asset
- Establish and maintain relationships with various community members that will benefit in active promotion of the college programs
- Actively participate in Social Media
- Conduct tours for all clients that show up for interviews
- Participate in College events, Job fairs, trade shows, open houses and other outreach activities related to student recruitment
- Produce reports & marketing input
- Booking appointments and consulting with potential candidates for the college
- Recommending qualified candidates into suitable programs
- Enrolment/packaging recommended students and follow up
- Research and determine if participation in outreach events will benefit increment of student enrolments

- Product Knowledge training would be ongoing and admissions advisor need to constantly improve in this area.
Admissions Advisors Need To Be
- Flexible and available according to the campus schedule, including evenings and weekend shifts
- Adhere to all CLI College Policies and Procedures Comply with all regulatory standards as set out by the Ministry of Training for Colleges and Universities, and the PCC Act, 2005
Please Note
Salary will increase with targets being consistently met. Preference would be given to candidates with sales/tele sales experience and having a background in IT, Telecommunications or related.
