Our Kelowna campus is recruiting for a dynamic individual to instruct courses in our Business program. You must have at least a degree in Business Administration and have a minimum of 2 years' full-time occupational experience in the field of study. Teaching or mentoring experience in a classroom setting is an asset. Must be proficient with following areas: Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Access, Project Management, Intro to HR, Administrative Management/Leadership,
Negotiation & Conflict Resolution, Travel and Event Planning, Critical Skills in Communication, Business Writing, Customer Service, Project Management using Microsoft Software, CDN Business Law, Intro to Double Entry Accounting, SAGE Simply Accounting Software, Contemporary Marketing, Sales Strategies, E-commerce, Internet Business Strategies, Digital
Marketing, Strategic Web Design, Online Engagement Practices (Affiliate Marketing, SEO & Analytics, Content Marketing).
Please note: Curriculum is provided. Instructor’s role is to deliver the material, build relationships with students, and support student learning. Instructor’s are not required to create curriculum, but do need to prepare to teach the class. Campus support is available while the instructor is becoming familiar with the content.
