As Manager, Digital Communication and Collaboration, you play an active role on the management team of the Strategy, Innovation and Specialized Services Administrative Department, in the Corporate Communications Division. Your role involves managing the people on your work team and their mandates. You assume functional authority over these employees, manage their individual performance and support their development.

What’s a typical day for you?
You coordinate your unit's activities, strategies, projects and initiatives.
You coach and assist professionals in fulfilling their mandates.
You lead the operation and evolution of the organization's intranet portals (50 million page views per year), and ensure the appropriation of digital collaboration tools—Microsoft 365—by the organization's 52,000 employees.
You analyze contribution requests and assign mandates that are prioritized according to the organization's expectations and objectives.
You diligently follow the progress of the mandates and ensure ongoing coordination, as needed.
You foster talent development and encourage people’s commitment by creating a positive and motivating work environment.
You work in collaboration with stakeholders directly involved in the governance, operation and development of digital communication and collaboration tools and initiatives.
You develop positioning and play a leadership and influencer role with your unit, the division and internal partners publishing information on the portals.
In-depth and extensive expertise in the various fields of digital communications and collaboration
Proficient knowledge of the most innovative and efficient digital communication strategies and concepts
Ability to intervene and collaborate effectively with the Information Technology sector
In-depth knowledge of the organization's issues, priorities and various lines of business
Ability to present to, discuss with and influence peers, managers and partners, regardless of their hierarchical level and field of expertise
Ability to target coordination efforts and ensure information flow
Skilled at ensuring a two-way transfer of expertise and knowledge between yourself and others

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
At least 10 years of relevant experience (communications, marketing, technology)
Other combinations of relevant training and experience may be considered
