Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Appointment Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in managing client interactions, scheduling appointments, and supporting business development efforts, review services and collect payments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. The Appointment Coordinator will play a key role in enhancing customer relationships and driving sales growth through effective coordination and outreach.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate appointment scheduling for customers across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Recommend repairs and services. Provide proper quotes.
- Conduct outbound telemarketing to prospective clients, promoting services and setting appointments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Assist in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing customers.
- Communicate effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
