We are looking for Store Manager (in Training). As a Store Manager (in Training), You will receive in-depth and comprehensive training, providing you with the necessary skills to successfully manage and motivate a team. This is not your typical Monday-Friday, 9-5 job! Every week will look different and will require you to work evenings and weekends. At least 90% of your time will be spent in the field with your team and supervisor. We are looking for new hires for our upcoming programs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Supporting all operations related aspects of assigned stores area/location.
- Communicating and following up with field team on troubleshooting as needed.
- Supporting with logistics of shipments and implementation of a marketing campaign.
- Researching the best solution for events/client needs.
- Proactively identify problems and develop solutions within guidelines of a program.
- Review information and identify trends in the data while summarizing findings.
- Provide support to Operation’s leaders and management team.
- Other duties relevant to the position will be assigned by the supervisor as required.
Requirement
- Must be available to work retail hours (including weekends) and travel to all the Miniso stores in BC for trainings as needed.
- Previous operations experience in retail, service or hospitality industry is a plus.
- Regular physical activity may be required.
- Additional language, Mandarin, skills are a plus.
- Unlimited access to a reliable vehicle and a valid Driver’s License is a plus.
