What You’ll Do:
Build a Strong Talent Pipeline
-
Source, interview, and qualify candidates for in-demand roles using our proprietary database (MatchGuide) and referrals.

Develop a proactive pipeline of skilled candidates aligned with client needs.
-
Maintainaccuratecandidate records and interview summaries inMatchGuide.
-
Conduct in-person or video interviews and complete thorough reference checks.
Manage the Recruitment Process

Work closely with Account Executives to understand job requirements and prioritize recruitment efforts.

Present a shortlist of qualified candidates ensuring alignment with client specifications.

Prepare resumes for submission, schedule interviews, and provide coaching to candidates.
Support & Engage Consultants
-
Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout their assignment.

Assistwith onboarding, timesheet management, and consultant check-ins.

Facilitate contract renewals and address consultant concerns in collaboration with Account Executives.
Ensure Compliance & Drive Performance

Follow company policies, procedures, and best practices in all recruitment activities.

Track and report recruitment activities, ensuring data integrity withinMatchGuide.

Meet and exceed key performance metrics aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
-
Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma with minimum of 1-year external recruiting or customer facing service experience OR 2 years of high-level competitive sport/activity and/or leadership experience; OR other equivalent experience considered

OR High School Diploma or equivalent plus 2 years recruiting or customer facing experience

Proven experience in a fast paced, metrics driven, working environment preferred

Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships

Able to learn new complex ideas ina short timeframe

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing key activities
