We are currently seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Office Administrator / Receptionist to join our team.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate and manage office telephone communication systems.
- Monitor, track, and document emails and other business communications.
- Provide direct administrative support to Senior Management by preparing reports, logs, and related documentation.
- Coordinate material ordering and follow up on deliveries.
- Perform general administrative and record-keeping functions, including reviewing and distributing documentation.
- Maintain databases and generate reports as required.
- Perform additional administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage multiple time-sensitive tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
- Strong planning and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and dependable with a positive attitude.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
- Diploma or Certificate in a related field preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, and other standard office software.

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
