Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic individual to join our team. This entry-level position is
ideal for recent graduates from Computer Science or Technology programs who have a strong desire to
learn, tackle challenges, and contribute to our IT operations. The successful candidate will be
responsible for assisting in the management of our IT infrastructure, including compute, storage,
network, and cloud systems, while ensuring security and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
Compute Support:
Assist in the setup, maintenance, and monitoring of server infrastructure.
Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues, escalating when necessary.
Participate in system updates, patches, and routine maintenance.
Storage and Data Management:
Support data backup, recovery, and storage management.
Help optimize storage usage and monitor data access patterns.
Ensure data integrity and security through established protocols.
Network Assistance:
Aid in configuring and maintaining network devices, including routers, switches, and access
points.
Monitor network connectivity and respond to connectivity issues as directed.
Assist in implementing network security practices.
IT Security:
Participate in security awareness training and apply basic security measures.
Learn to identify potential security risks and escalate as needed.
Support IT security incident response under the guidance of senior team members.
Cloud Technology Support:
Help manage cloud infrastructure by monitoring usage and performance.
Assist in optimizing cloud resources to maintain cost efficiency.
Learn and apply best practices for cloud security and compliance.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with team members to support IT initiatives and resolve issues.
Communicate technical information effectively with both technical and non-technical team
members.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve IT processes.
Required Qualifications
Recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic understanding of compute, storage, network, IT security, and cloud computing concepts.
Familiarity with key IT tools and platforms is a plus (e.g., Azure, AWS, Networking, Firewalls, Windows
Server, and server virtualization technologies).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
