Position Summary
The Service Representative is responsible for supporting daily fleet operations through vehicle maintenance coordination, inventory and supply management, and direct driver support. This role ensures buses are safe, well-maintained, clean and fully equipped, while serving as a key point of contact between drivers, maintenance providers, and operations management.
Key Responsibilities
Bus Maintenance
· Perform minor mechanical repairs and troubleshooting as required
· Conduct minor bodywork repairs when necessary
· Conduct vehicle detailing when necessary
· Coordinate and facilitate bus switch-offs
· Complete specialty maintenance tasks as assigned
· Conduct regular bus audits and ensure replenishment of required supplies
Supply & Inventory Maintenance
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and service units
· Manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking supplies
· Ensure buses are properly replenished with required materials
· Maintain accurate inventory records
Driver Support
· Provide emergency route coverage as a backup driver when required
· Assist drivers with questions or concerns related to vehicle operation
· Facilitate dry runs with drivers
· Promote and reinforce bus maintenance awareness and best practices
Miscellaneous Duties
· Perform other duties that contribute to the overall success and well-being of the company
· Maintain flexibility in work assignments and scheduling
· Participate in cross-training across other company functions as required
Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills
· Valid Class “B’ or “C” Driver’s License
· Basic mechanical aptitude with buses or similar vehicles
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to work effectively with drivers, repair shops, and internal teams
· Defensive driving skills
· Mechanically inclined with problem-solving abilities
· Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
· Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional working relationships

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
