Full Job Description
Front Desk Agents are responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all our guests throughout their entire stay.
Job Duties of this position include:
- Greeting guests upon their arrival and providing a hospitable welcome
- Competes the registration, check-in, and check-out procedures, ensuring all guest information is accurate and up to date.
- Receiving calls, conducting room reservations, and verifying existing bookings
- Processing customer payments and presenting them with the bill upon check-out
- Keeping the front desk neat, orderly, and sanitized at all times
- Observe and report security issues to management immediately.
- Fields guest complaints and inquiries.
- Competes daily check lists and clearly communicate through daily pass on with colleagues.
Required Skills and Experience
- Excellent computer skills.
- Highly energetic, go-getter, motivated individual.
- Willing to take initiative and work with little direction.
- Previous hospitality industry experience preferred but not required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong customer/client focus essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Ability to shift and manage multiple priorities
- Results driven focus and ability to work through to completion in a timely manner.
- Adaptable to change.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
