Job Summary
We are a growing restoration masonry company specializing in heritage, residential, and commercial projects. We are looking for an experienced Restoration Mason who takes pride in precision work, thrives in a team-first environment, and is confident working at heights.
This is not a “stay in your lane” crew — we work together, problem-solve together, and build together.
Responsibilities
Perform restoration masonry skills including:
- Repointing / tuckpointing
- Brick & stone replacement
- Chimney repairs
- Heritage restoration work
- Interpret drawings, blueprints, and site conditions (preferred but not required)
- Build and dismantle scaffolding systems (up to ~30ft)
- Collaborate with labourers and crew members on all aspects of the job
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Identify issues and proactively suggest solutions
MUST be willing and comfortable working at heights (80ft+) utilizing:
- Engineered scaffolding systems
- Boom lifts and aerial equipment
Experience
- 5+ years experience in restoration masonry
- STRONG knowledge of mortar types & mixes AND restoration techniques (NOT just new build)
- Experience with scaffolding setup (up to ~30ft)
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and physical capability
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions

Ideal candidates will also have Working at Heights and Lift Certifications (preferred)
