The responsibilities will include:
Serving as the first point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance over the phone, email or in person
Gathering and analyzing information about the user’s issue and determining the best way to resolve their problem
Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
Providing basic support and troubleshooting, such as password resets, printer configurations, break/fix instructions
Replacing computers or printers as required
Walking users through the problem-solving process, either face to face or over the telephone
Perform ticket routing and escalation to Level 2 and Level 3 support.
Providing accurate information on IT products or services
Responding within reasonable time limits to service calls
Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time

College Degree DEC or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline
A+ Certification is a must
1 year experience in IT Support Level 1
Bilingual (English and French, speaking)
Has own vehicle, able to go offer support to clients at their offices

Compensation and Benefits Details:
Our client offers a competitive compensation packaged between $40,000-$45,000 based on experience, plus vacation and health benefits
