Customer Service Representative

Requirements and Responsibilities:
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Record and enter call activities into a computer information system software.
Assists customers by answering any inquires about our services and process orders.
Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Must have availability to work various shifts influenced by current business needs.
Appropriately communicate with upset customers to resolve their inquiries.
Thrives as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment
Participates in additional training when needed
Performs other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager
Strong negotiation and objection handling skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Great work ethic, punctual, competitive, and customer service oriented
Excellent command of the English language.
French, Mandarin, or Cantonese is an asset.
Full paid training will be provided.
There will be no cold calling.
Normal working hours is from 10:00am-7:00pm. 4 days on weekday, and 1 day on weekend (1 day on weekend is mandatory), 40 hours a week.
There is also a long shift from 10:00am - 9:00pm, where you only have to work 4 days a week. (This option is voluntary and depends on company's needs, also equates to 40 hours a week)
