The Daily Agent is entering the arena in residential real estate representation, and we’re looking for professional, adaptable and knowledgeable agents to join our team.
We are brand new and excited to add our first 5 founding real estate agents who are the key part of the brokerage’s success. These five agents will have access to all potential business while we grow market share and refine our offering and approach.

Renumeration:
- This is a commission-only, self-employed/independent contractor role. No base salary is provided.
- Estimated First Year Earnings: $35,000-$150,000+
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Real Estate Agents Servicing Waterloo Region with 2 + years of active experience
- A client-first mentality—you care about delivering consistent results, believe in the process and system we have created and have an eager want to be more professional and knowledgeable than your competitors while delivering results and happy clients.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern tools to streamline work and grow your business.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive, growing team.
- A strong desire to build a stable, long-term career and be part of something innovative.
- Adhere to and maintain all compliance and licensing responsibilities and regulations related to a licensed real estate agent under RECO, TRESA and local Real Estate Boards
- Provide regular feedback on process and client interactions to guide opportunities for improvement and share your ideas on solutions to improve in all areas of our business. Your unique, open and honest self will help us achieve this.
What You’ll Do:
- Buyer & Seller Representation: Guide clients on the purchase and sale of residential real estate, with a focus on residential properties in the $700,000 to $2,000,000 value range.
- Provide transparent, value-driven service: Guide clients through the process with our easy-to-understand pricing model.
- Leverage technology throughout the client journey to increase your efficiency and organization while providing client value.
- Manage the process from start to finish: Offer expert advice, conduct market research, schedule viewings, negotiate offers, and handle all other tasks required for a compliant, informed and successful real estate transaction.
- Build long-term relationships: Provide exceptional service that earns you repeat clients and referrals; while helping you grow a steady pipeline of business.
