Rocky Mountain Dodge is looking for a dependable and motivated Lube Technician to join our Service Department.
This position plays an important role in keeping vehicles safe, reliable, and ready for the road. We are looking for someone who takes pride in doing quality work, pays attention to detail, and understands that even routine maintenance has a direct impact on the customer experience.

What You'll Do
· Perform oil and filter changes, lubrication services, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance services
· Check, top up, and inspect vehicle fluids as required
· Conduct basic vehicle inspections and identify maintenance or repair concerns
· Communicate inspection findings accurately and promptly to the appropriate team member
· Safely operate and move customer and dealership vehicles throughout the service process
· Support shop productivity by assisting with vehicle flow and departmental operations
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
· Adhere to manufacturer guidelines, dealership procedures, and all workplace safety requirements

Qualifications
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to safely operate customer and dealership vehicles
- Previous automotive maintenance experience is considered an asset
- Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position
Experience Preference
While we welcome applications from individuals looking to grow their automotive careers, priority consideration will be given to candidates with previous experience as a Lube Technician, Tire Technician, Automotive Service Technician Apprentice, or in a similar automotive service role.
