Upper Thames Forming is looking to expand its crew!
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate concrete form setters and laborers on site.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Lay out and oversee the construction of concrete forms for foundations, walls, slabs, and other structures.
- Ensure work is completed according to project schedules and quality standards.
- Monitor crew productivity and provide guidance and training as needed.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower requirements.
- Maintain a safe work environment and enforce company safety policies.
