Intouch Insight is a growing technology company headquartered in Ottawa, Ontario, with offices in Ottawa, Montreal and Charlotte, NC.
We are looking for an individual to work as a Scheduling and Contractor Recruitment Agent out of our Montreal (Laval) office during the summer (2-3 months).
As a Scheduling and Contractor Recruitment Agent, you will be working with our database of independent contractors who perform mystery shopping assignments throughout the US and Canada, and ensuring that our clients' mystery shopping programs have the best quality in the industry.
In this very busy environment, working to strict client deadlines, you will assign mystery shopping opportunities to existing contractors and provide them with support in successfully completing their evaluations. The role will also include Initiating recruitment campaigns to increase our pool of contractors.
To succeed, you will need to be friendly, professional, awesome on the telephone, and have strong organizational and problem-solving skills. The stronger you are with technology and social media, the better. Your oral and written communication skills must be first class.
Any experience you have had in the mystery shopping and marketing industry, or even in a call centre or a retail environment, will be a definite asset.
English is required for this role, but the ability to speak French would be a definite asset.
