We are looking for a patient-focused, growth minded Associate Dentist to join our independently owned dental practice located in the heart of downtown Oakville.
Our practice has been serving the community for over 13 years and operates out of a charming, well-established building with a loyal patient base. We pride ourselves on providing a warm, high-quality patient experience and fostering a supportive, respectful team environment.
Schedule
- Thursday to Saturday(+potential for more days)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental care with a strong emphasis on patient comfort and experience
- Communicate treatment options clearly and compassionately
- Work collaboratively with a skilled dental team
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
Qualifications
- RCDSO license in good standing (required)
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
- Fluent in English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Caring, professional, and patient-centered approach
