To enhance our integrated marketing plans and fuel future growth, we’re looking for a candidate to join our Operations & Analytics team to work collaboratively across marketing and sales to better leverage data and insights. We’re creating this new role to effectively translate market, competitive and business intelligence into business results and better-informed decisions. The successful candidate will also oversee our quarterly and annual marketing planning process, as well as CRM initiatives and tools.
Succeeding in this role will require natural curiosity, the ability to thrive in grey environments, a data-driven mindset with broad financial understanding, and fierce data mining and analysis capabilities.

Key responsibilities
Proactively and regularly prepare digestible market and competitive intelligence to share with stakeholders, supported by comprehensive, data-backed analysis and insight
Assess and interpret comprehensive information, data and insight tied to our financial performance, market initiatives, and other internal reporting projects to recommend actionable insight, strategies, and tactics
Work with both forward-looking and historical data to provide forecasting, and identify trends that should be factored into our planning and operational approach
Enable marketing, business development and firm leadership with fact-based intel
Project manage annual and quarterly planning, including development of enhanced processes, frameworks, timelines and outputs
Immerse yourself in EY’s proprietary tools to deliver globally-consistent financial performance metrics around revenue, margin, sales and pipeline
Deliver new marketing analytics capabilities and dashboards
Interpret and guide users through, global and local reports on financial metrics and drivers
Support our CRM system, campaigns and reporting by providing end-to-end subject matter expertise
Play a vital role as our local CRM point of contact within the global matrix organization, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, reporting and alignment
Skills and attributes for success
At-ease collecting, analyzing and synthesizing data from multiple sources
Experienced across the spectrum of critical business and data analysis tools (data visualization tech including Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire, ThoughtSpot; advanced user proficiency in Excel)
Experience with and capacity to manage CRM (contact, relationship, sales and pipeline databases)
Aptitude for complex systems issues
Avid problem solver with an analytical mindset
Curious thinker with the courage to challenge the ‘how’ and the ‘why,’ and the ability to distil the ‘what’
Keen attention to detail and relentless focus on data integrity
Comfortable managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to operate collaboratively and flex to social styles
Exceptional project management skills
To qualify for the role, you must have
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business discipline (finance, accounting, commerce, economics)
5-10 years of experience in a financial, business enablement, strategy or business operations capacity
Experience with CRM databases and processes in a fast-paced work environment
