SP Headlights is one of Canada's growing suppliers of OEM and aftermarket
automotive lighting. We specialize in restoring, reconditioning, and supplying high-
quality headlights and tail lights to body shops, collision repair centres, dealerships, and
automotive professionals across Canada.
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assosciate to join
our production team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys
working with their hands and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
Responsibilities
As an Automotive Headlight Restoration Technician, your responsibilities will include:
Sanding headlights to prepare them for refinishing.
Cleaning headlights before and after each stage of the restoration process.
Polishing headlights.
Painting headlight housings and components as required.
Masking and protecting components before painting.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Following company procedures and safety guidelines.
Assisting with other warehouse and production duties as needed.
Equipment & Tools You'll Use
You'll work with equipment such as:
Orbital and hand sanders
Paint guns
Air compressors
Buffing and polishing tools
Cleaning products and detailing supplies
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess:
Previous experience in automotive detailing, refinishing, painting, sanding, or
body shop work is an asset.
Strong attention to detail.
Good hand-eye coordination.
Ability to follow procedures and produce consistent quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Honest, dependable, and punctual.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Comfortable working in a production and warehouse environment.
