Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Perform accurate data entry to update customer accounts and records.
- Provide detailed product or service information, assisting customers in making informed decisions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to enhance customer experience.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive interactions.
- Analyze customer needs and feedback to improve service delivery and identify potential issues.
- Assist with resolving complaints or concerns efficiently, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support the sales team by promoting relevant products or services through effective communication strategies.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company offerings, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.
Experience
- Prior experience in customer service or a related role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail are essential for maintaining accurate records.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal expression.
- Analysis skills to interpret customer feedback and identify opportunities for upselling or process improvements.
- Experience with sales techniques such as upselling is a plus.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette standards and professional communication practices is necessary for success in this role.
