We are seeking a hands-on, service-driven Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily shift operations across Bangkok Garden, Terrace Restaurant, and affiliated Catering & Events functions. This position will require working days evenings and weekends.
This is a floor-based leadership role, where you will work alongside the team during service, providing real-time direction and support to ensure exceptional guest experiences and seamless operations. As the designated shift lead, you will coordinate staff, uphold service standards, and communicate key operational updates to the Senior Manager, Food & Beverage.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the team on the floor during lunch, dinner, and special events
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve service concerns in real time
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate daily priorities
- Ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed accurately
- Monitor service flow, cleanliness, and overall operational readiness
- Support cash handling procedures and daily reporting requirements
- Promote teamwork, professionalism, and company service standards
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
- Communicate guest feedback, operational updates, and team matters to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant or food service experience (FOH preferred)
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role
- Strong leadership presence with a hands-on approach to service
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Smart Serve Certification (required)
- Valid Food Handler/Food Safe Certification (required)
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Driver’s License
- Positive, professional attitude with a strong guest focus
