Mondetta is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to join our growing Supply Chain team. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who can support supplier compliance, sustainability certifications, and supply chain data management across our global vendor network.
This role plays an important part in maintaining supply chain traceability, supporting responsible sourcing initiatives, and ensuring supplier information, certifications, and documentation remain accurate and up to date. Working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, you will help coordinate the processes that support product integrity, compliance, and operational excellence.

As our Sourcing Specialist, you will support supplier compliance, certification management, data accuracy, and cross-functional coordination throughout the sourcing and supply chain process.
- Maintain supplier, factory, and certification information within internal databases and third-party platforms.
- Coordinate the collection, review, and tracking of sustainability and product certifications, including GRS, GOTS, OCS, RDS, and related programs.
- Monitor certification timelines, renewal dates, and documentation requirements to ensure compliance obligations are met.
- Support transaction certificate applications and ensure all required supporting documentation is obtained, reviewed, and submitted accurately.
- Work directly with suppliers, certification bodies, and internal stakeholders to address documentation gaps and compliance issues.
- Maintain and update internal tracking tools, reports, and supplier databases.
- Verify supplier information and follow up on discrepancies, missing documentation, or data inconsistencies.
- Coordinate documentation requirements with Sourcing, Logistics, Product Development, Compliance, and Finance teams.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing and organizing required records and supporting documentation.
- Participate in supplier meetings and follow-up activities to ensure compliance and certification requirements are met.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and data accuracy.
- Support additional sourcing, compliance, sustainability, and supply chain projects as required.
- 2-5 years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, logistics, compliance, administration, or a related coordination role.
- Postsecondary education in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Sustainability, Textiles, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience maintaining databases, trackers, and large volumes of information with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with ERP systems is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes, sourcing, logistics, or supplier management is considered an asset.
- Experience working with international suppliers or manufacturers is considered an asset.
- Experience with sustainability certifications such as GRS, GOTS, OCS, RDS, or similar programs.
- Knowledge of supply chain traceability, responsible sourcing, and ESG initiatives.
- Experience within apparel, textiles, retail, or consumer products industries.
- Familiarity with supplier compliance programs, audits, or certification processes.
- A passion for sustainability, continuous improvement, and responsible business practices.
