We are looking for a full time dishwasher/kitchen helper with both evening & weekend availability.
We are located on the ground floor of The Anndore House Hotel at 15 Charles St. East, just a couple blocks south of Yonge and Bloor. We have a large and dynamic space with two patios, a beautiful and modern open kitchen, private event space, and sleek lounge. This is a space unlike most restaurants in the city, housed in a gorgeous boutique hotel in the heart of Toronto.

Right now the team needs a Full Time Dishwasher.

Job Description:
- Reporting to Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and Chef de Partie
- Ensure the dish area and kitchen are kept clean to a high standard
- Ensure that dishes and equipment are cleaned in an efficient and organized manner
- Keep dishes and equipment dry and organized
- Ensure mise en place is ready and up to standard before the start of service
- Take ownership over station, using your knowledge to promote efficiency
- Assist in receiving and organizing orders in a timely manner
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Daily and weekly cleaning duties
- Assisting the chefs as necessary
